A Five-Part Online Journey in Throat Singing
& Voice Activation

This is a throat singing and voice activation course — a journey to reclaim your true voice through sound, breath, and play.

Throat singing is an ancient vocal technique that originates from Mongolia. It was said to have been developed as a way to communicate and connect with nature — with the wind, the mountains, the animals, and the plants.

But this course is not only about learning a singing technique. It’s about activating your voice freeing the energy that lives in your expression.
Many of us feel shy or even afraid to use our voice fully. There can be fear, doubt, or stagnation living there. In this course, we invite you to release, to express, to play — and to reclaim your inner voice.

It’s not about what’s right or wrong. It’s about what you feel.

Created with Our Teacher and Friend – Martín Dubois

The course has been developed together with our teacher and maestro Martín Dubois — a French multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, and sound explorer.

When we first met Martín back in India in 2022, we were mesmerized by the way he used his voice — so alive, so full of freedom and playfulness. Soon he became our teacher, showing us the throat singing techniques that opened a whole new world of sound.

Since then, this practice has become a living part of our music and performances.
Many people ask us how we do it — and it’s not any kind of magic. It’s a practice that anyone can learn.

That’s why we created this course: to share the beauty of this ancient art with everyone who feels called to explore their voice.

Because this is not only about singing — it’s about connecting to your truth, to your breath, to nature, and to the world around you.

The Course Journey

The course consists of five different modules, guiding you step by step through throat singing and voice activation:

Introduction – Discover the roots of throat singing and how it connects body, breath, and spirit.

Part 1 – Warming Up – Gentle vocal and breath preparation to awaken resonance.
Part 2 – Khoomei Singing – Learn the bright overtone singing style of Khoomei.
Part 3 – Kargyraa Singing – Explore the deep, earthy growl of Kargyraa.
Part 4 – Integration & Closing – Ground your practice and reflect on your inner voice.
Part 5 – Practice with Us – Follow along as Martín and Mikael guide a complete practice session.

Each module is intended to be revisited and used to create a space for practise and exploration - as if practising together!
